Starting and Running an R&D Project

• Step 1: Confirm R&D Project OVERVIEW
  • Title: Design on a sexy title
  • Project Stakeholders: Define or Recruit Stakeholders.
  • Assign a Project Manager and Main Contact Liaison with Tanda Creativ.es Representative for R&D
• Step 2: R&D Project PLANNING
  • Project IDEATION and PLANNING DOCUMENT: to have the following content
    • Project TARGETS: Set SMART goals, KPIs and deliverables
    • MILESTONES: Set timelines with specific time frame for the conclusion or steps of the project.
    • TASKS: Define tasks and Assign them to stakeholder for completion
• Step 3: R&D KNOWLEDGE Management: Set up the Following
  • PORTAL Page: Create a new page in the Tandacreativ.es website under R&D Projects
  • Main COLLABORATIVE R&D Project PLATFORM: Choose between a Website (i.e. Google Sites/ Mobirise) , a Webpage (In an existing website) or a Blog site.
  • REPOSITORY for Collating and Documenting Research: Google Doc/ Blog/ Webpage/ Website/ Flipboard/ Pinterest/ Instagram/ Facebook Page
• Step 4: EXECUTION and MONITORING
  • R&D UPDATES: To have regular and consistent schedules for updating and documenting all work that has taken place
  • DASHBOARD: To track and monitor Milestones and Tasks
• Step 5: CLOSURE or ITERATION
  • CONCLUSION: Create a Summary report on the results and findings of the Research
  • ITERATION: Create a iterative report on the outcomes of the Research and the Next Steps to be Taken
